Tenancy Takeover - Parkway Gate 2025
I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Parkway Gate (Unite Students), available between the dates of the 11th of July to the 6th of September. It costs £201 /week, all bills included, has a double bed, an en suite, and is a good size! The flat is being currently shared with 3 other flatmates (mixed gender.)The location is within convenient walking distance to the MMU as well as UOM campus, as well as being about 2 minutes from Oxford road with easy access to bus routes.Please feel free to get in contact if you need any extra details or if you are interested, thankyou!
