I put Live at Home on UCAS but am now thinking of moving out
I now want to move out but unsure how I go about changing this on UCAS, as my college tutor said they won't send me accommodation forms if I don't get it changed?

As above - just contact the Uni and check, but usually you would automatically be sent accommodation information.
