Please convince me that doing bad on a paper one isn’t the end of the world

Tomorrow I have Biology and I know I haven’t sat the exam but aside from French, the sciences are probably my worst subject. I really really hate biology and have never gotten more than a 6 when I really want a 7. I just have feeling it won’t go well as I have 2 exams tomorrow both 1 hour 45. I only had one exam today, which went really well, but I’m so tired from that. I just really don’t want a 6. I really don’t understand it. A 7 is just over half to 60% and I can’t even get half the paper right it’s so embarrassing!

you will be fine I got 5/6s all throughout high school for biology then ended up with a 7 you can do it!!!

This is for maths, last year I got 50-60 (school never gave actual mark) in edexcel 2024 paper 1. I was overconfident for maths. Missed out the big questions at the end completely. Learnt my mistake and revised hard for the next 2 papers managed to get a secure 9.

Idk if youre trying to get me to lower the grade boundaries but I actually cooked on that exam. I know getting over half of the paper wrong sounds insanely bad but you literally needed 48/200 to pass last year. Triple grade boundaries are so so low. I reckon I got around 60-70 marks but I can’t rest now I need to lock in on paper 2 to get me that 7 🫡
