Is anyone going to KCLMS next year?

I applied and got waitlisted but not sure if I would actually want to go as I currently know almost nothing about it, while my other option I know is very good and can support me. Anyone who got in, is it worth thinking about going if my other option is strong.

Kclms is an excellent school if you have a passion and interest in maths. I don't know what the chances of you getting in when on the waitlist but if you think that the other school is better for you you should go for it.

Why did you apply to a school and barely know anything about it? Didn't you join the online open evening?

There are quite a lot of threads on here about KCLMS and other maths schools which give plenty of information, some from current/past students.

I think you'd be better off going with your other option if you've taken the time to get to know it.

FWIW, I've seen a figure quoted of 10 people managing to get in from being waitlisted one year as many offer holders have offers from other outstanding schools.
