We’ve started our application process saved to go back, then when we try to update it keeps come up with the below message…

Sorry, something has gone wrong
An unknown error has caused the application to stop working.
Try and log into your account later and resume your application.
If you continue to see this message, contact Student Finance England.

We’ve left it a day logged off and logged back in again and it still has the same error message. Do I delete this application and restart a new one? We have not submitted yet. Thanks

Hi Kelly. This is a known issue we are aware of at the moment sorry. If you are still unable to apply, I would advise trying another device if possible. If this still does not work, we would have to ask that you submit your application via post using a paper application form. You can find this form here;
