I have taken course from learndirect but I’m facing a lot of issues with them
Actually I stared just before 1.5 month ago
I have not even access to the all the lessons I just started only one lesson I mean one unit, even though learndirect is telling me to pay full amount which is 1430 change something like that, but I said no, I can’t because I don’t have that much money to pay because I have only used this learn direct for only one month, and I told them that you can check in My course that I have only logged to the course up to 4 hours maximum and They passed this issue to UK search Limited that they even telling me to pay full amount, that is £1600 even 1600 change, I don’t know why they charging extra for me. This is one concern and I don’t have that much money to pay, but I have seen the right to cancel act of 2015 of learn direct they mentioned clearly at last. If you want to cancel after 14 days period we need to pay an administrative fees . I’m ready to pay administration fees, but they are not telling me the administration fees. and I got a mail from Learn direct that they are passing this to UK searchh Limited and they will apply an administration fees on your account, so you need to pay an administrative fee. They told. but this is not going on here. even the UK search Limited asking me to pay full amount, but I don’t have that much money to pay. Can any one please understand my problem and can anyone tell me solution for this how to close this case and I don’t know why they charging me £1600 instead of £1400 actually my course fee is 1400 and I asked the UK search Limited why they are charging me They said that they don’t know this is not fair, sir, and they told that they will ask this question to learn direct, but it will take 30 days time To get reply from learn direct they told and they told that you need to pay this fees within 30 days. If not, they will charge more. They said this is not even fair Sir to give repley. It will take 30 working days. It’s not possible, sir. Please understand my problem and can any one please solve this problem ? I’m thinking so at least you can solve this problem.
