Its basicly all of section B on both papers. Mainly Paper 1 Exposition/Decsription/Narrative i just dont get the papers and how to structure it at all

For the speach? If so i wrote about "The importance of a safe person"- basically all about mental health and how having people to open up to can help so much. I also spoke about some personal experiences on how my SP helped me
