Chances of getting UCL accom I want

Hi I’m an offer holder for UCL but only firmed my offer this afternoon. I was not aware about the urgency by which you should apply for accommodation so I am a bit stressed out. Ideally I would like accommodation within a 20 minute walking distance from UCL Bloomsbury campus and would like for it to be en-suite. I’m planning on putting my budget from £280-£350 per week. Do you recon this will guarantee or increase the likelihood of my proximity to UCL? Thank you in advance for any replies. This situation is stressing me out a little too much…

Hi. I applied on 29th March and thought I'd played it safe by maximising budget. I asked for every sort of ensuite accom on high end budget. Got my offer back on Friday for ensuite single at One Pool Street.... way under my max budget.
From what I've seen, if you want to maximise your chances of getting something close, do not ask for ensuite accom which is the most asked for...
