Help asap

Basically I have to retake English language but can I still enroll for it I thought u automatically get enrolled to do it

Nope, you don't automatically get enrolled to retake your GCSE. Life is not like that unfortunately.

You typically need to either do it as a course or you do it privately through an exam centre.

If you do it through a course, you should be able to do it at a college. With 6th form colleges, they normally tell you to just do it alongside your A Levels (if they accept you) - typically after you have an interview with them or after you submitted your application form. With adult community colleges and vocational colleges, they tell you to do a resit course when you enrol with the college/during an interview of some sort. Irrespective of which it is, I strongly recommend doing it through a course at a college since you should still be able to do it for free.

If you do this privately, it's a complete pain along with a lot of paperwork and phone calls. You will need to contact several approved exam centres in your area to see which one will take you. You then need to pay a several hundred pound fee each time to take it.
