Confused with amount of maintenance loan

I’m very confused about my maintenance loan award.
Background - mature student, own home, married with one dependent child aged 16.
So when I use the calculators it’s suggesting I should be able to get at least 1000 more than what I’ve got. l’ve tried calling them and got no where. I’m wondering if they are taking my earnings into account for the loan…,even though I won’t actually be earning as I’m giving up work for uni? If so, What do I need to do to sort this?

No I’m just starting first year in Sept. The amount of my husbands P60 for income year assessment doesn’t seem to correspond with the amount I’ve been awarded and I can’t understand why?

Yes I requested maximum loan and have recently sent in evidence of child benefit and child’s birth certificate, both have been received and accepted and award letter received through post.
