LLE is only introduced for students starting their degree in January 2027 and later.
If you are due to start in September 2026 then you will be funded under the current system.
Lots of the details about how it will work haven’t yet been released and it’s already been delayed by a year and highlighted as a risky project by the National Audit Office. I wouldn’t recommend relying on it being launched successfully by January 2027 or even September 2027
