Should I change driving instructor and test date??

So I've had a few lessons with an instructor and she's ok but the car isn't really for me, keeps stalling. I'm having lessons with another instructor for more practice in a similar car which I don't stall in only did once, only problem is she doesn't cover the nearby test centre I want to take test at and I have to drive on motorway to get to the test centre she does cover, I don't want to be driving on motorway it's really scary and once I get my licence I won't be using the motorways at all I'll just be driving local. I've already contacted another instructor so hopefully that car will be better then I'll also change the test date when there's a test available as this instructor knows when it is and will possibly send bad luck my way when I don't have anymore lessons with her and the extra time will help me get more practice in as I'm not confident I'll be ready for the booked test.

You need to accept that you're stalling the car because you're not using the accelerator/clutch combination correctly. Every car is different in this respect, even if its the same make/model as a different car (i.e. just because you managed fine in one Ford Ka doesn't mean that you won't have problems in a different Ford Ka). This is something that you'll need to get used to.

Driving on motorways is scary when you start. But I found driving at 40mph scary the first time I did it. It's just a new skill that you need to pick up. After I passed my test, my parents suggested that I get my driving instructor to give me a motorway lesson before I started driving on the motorway on my own, and I found that well worth the money.

New skills tend to be easier to pick up when you're younger, and I'd suggest that you do get used to driving on busier roads. Bear in mind that even "driving local" can mean driving on roads with 60mph or 70mph limits. My commute to work includes a non-motorway road with a 70mph limit in part.
