Supporting evidence

Hello! I have a question about submitting evidence of employment. Do you have to upload them from every single employment that you mentioned? My problem is that one of the employments that i mentioned was a few years ago in Poland. Unfortunately, even though I was legally employed I do not have any documents to prove it at this point. I was only working there for a few months before I moved to the Uk and at this point I`ve lost my copy of the contract so I don`t even have any sort of details to try and recover my payslips. What do I do?

Hi there. Are you providing evidence to apply as a Migrant Worker or is this to apply as an independent student? Thanks, David

Hi there, we can accept overseas equivalent evidence for all circumstances that would be covered such as HMRC tax year documents (overseas equivalent), if that is not something that can be provided however, we can accept bank statements to show savings, however these must have been gained from previous income for the period required. Thanks, Stephen.

Hello Stephen, thanks for your answer. Does it have to be strictly for the whole 3 years of employment or can it be less? I`ve provided all the necessary documents from all of my other jobs and it covers about the last 2,5 years. It`s just that one that I do not have any documents from at this point because they were lost during moving and i do not have the access to my old bank account since i closed it when I left the country.

Hi there, the evidence would need to cover 36 months of self support (3 years) however the three years of self-support does not need to be consecutive, but will require to be a full 3 years in total. Thanks, Stephen
