Eduqas biology a level practical

Hey if anyone is doing a level eduqas biology (I know theres not a lot)
But can anybody advice me on what practicals to learn that will come up in the exams I’ve already done all my required practicals but what methodology do I need to know that will come up in actual exam questions yk!?

probably microscope calculations, enzyme activity graphs, serial dilution, osmosis in plant tissues, quadrats and transects, aseptic technique, chi squared/hardy-weinberg/t-test.
these are only ones ive seen come up before, they could probably ask anything though

If you could find it can you pls send me a link to osmosis in plant tissues idk if I’ve done it yet

its just like potato cells in sucrose solutions, and in an exam question they give you a graph of change in mass against sucrose concentration, and ask you to work out the water potential of the potato or something
