Take it easy with the drinks - you don’t have to drink a lot (or even at all!) to have a good time. Go at your own pace and don’t feel pressure to keep up with others. (:
•
Stick with your group- it’s way more fun and reassuring being with people you know, especially if it’s your first time. Try not to wander off alone, and agree on a check-in plan just in case anyone gets separated.
•
Stay aware of your drink- don’t leave it unattended, and if the club offers lids/cup covers, take them! If you ever feel unsure or uncomfortable, speak to a friend or a staff member!!
•
Know your limits- eating beforehand, drinking water between drinks, and planning how you’ll get home safely can all make a big difference.

please don't feel you have to stay out the entire night if your not enjoying yourself, your always able to head, your not 'ruining' the night, and its perfectly normal!
Hope you had a good night!
