Does Working/Child Tax Credit count as taxable income

I am completing the questions about household Taxable Income for Student Finance application for my daughter. Does working tax credit and child tax credit count as taxable income.
Also same question for Pension Lump sum and monthly pension.

Hi there. Child and Working Tax Credits are non taxable. Pensions as a lump sum or monthly pensions are taxable income and would need to be declared. Thanks, David
