ohhh, so no discriminant or anything. i actually feel so stupid like that was 3 marks and so simple. like i spent so much time on it and all had to do was solve it. was it because p=q? bc like how were u suppose to solve it

U had to use the discriminat then eqaul that to zero

I got like 63.4 and 180-63.4 and then divided them by three

yeah i was trying to do that but got nowhere i think i didnt use the write b and a like i didnt rearrange it properly or something :frown:

yeah exactly like some questions i was seeing for the first time, normally there's repetition of the structure of the questions but this was so bad

and for the last part of that it was because initially a tree cant be 44.etc metres so thats why it wasnt suitable
