Hi everyone,
I'm urgently looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a Standard Ensuite Room in a student accommodation. Due to personal circumstances, I can no longer stay and need a tenancy transfer ASAP.
Room Type: Standard Ensuite (private bathroom)
Kitchen: Shared with friendly flatmates
Rent: £197 per week (ALL bills included)
Move-in date is 13/09/2025. It is a 45 week let.
