how to change one parents email on SFE

Hi, ive just submitted my student finance application but put the same email for both of my parents as that is what they told me to put. When they have come to fill out their details, it says the parent details and income has been filled out for both as they are on the same email, but two emails were sent to them both through one email. How can i change one of my parents emails so they can have their separate form to fill out?
I have called up and searched the SFE website and cannot figure out how to change this, i do not want to have to cancel my application and then re-apply.
