Yes I would definitely recommend TMA, as majority of the students are from the UK that are planning to go back to UK. Around 150 to 250 student per year. Living cos is decent, rent is around £270-£340 a month, and expenses can be upto £200 a month, including bills.
As per working while studying, it would be difficult due to the amount of content you need to study semester, but if you have a good work ethic, You can do it. But you will need to have a TRC in Georgia to be allowed to work.

I am looking at transferring from Adelaide University to TMA. Do they accept year 4 entry as I have completed 3 years of my MD at Adelaide. Also, whats the support we get for PLAB preparation to progress to UK NHS upon graduation?

Yes they accept transfers to 4th year, depending on the modules you have completed. TMA is a USMLE based curriculum, and has all nessary modules to be accepted in UK by the GMC
