year 12 finance work experience or internships

hey so i’m currently looking for any kind of work experience or internship or opportunity in general to help boost my personal statement. i’m in year 12 rn and i feel like i’m a bit behind and ive missed all the deadlines for everything good. so please help a girl out guys. also if u guys know any other tips for making my personal statement for next year stand out, like any other books, articles, supercurriculars or essay comps i should do then please please please list them below!!
i forgot to add that im doing A Level Maths, A Level Accounting and A Level English Language. i’m not too sure about my predicteds rn. i think they’re A*,A,A but im not 100% on that. i want to apply for a degree apprenticeship in accounting next year if not then ill end up going to uni. (preferably a russel group)
but yeah all in all just please help me out guys and listen some things you’d recommend for me to look and apply for.

I'm not sure where in the UK you're located but here is one I've found that is still accepting applications:

Finding a volunteering role can also be useful to add to your CV - there's a range of volunteering roles available so have a look into helping a cause that means something to you.

Also, if an person internship is difficult to find, I suggest completing some virtual internships over the summer - have a look through these two links https://www.ucas.com/careers-advice/virtual-work-experiences and https://www.theforage.com/

Also a tip when applying to universities if that's the route you end up taking: most universities will have a reading list under their course page so have a look through which books they recommend and you can include these in your personal statement 🙂
