Warwick or Southampton prestigious?
I know they’re both Russel group and both good unis, is one significantly more well regarded/more prestigious than the other? I have offers from both and I’m not sure which to firm. Would one be stronger for graduate prospects and look better on a degree? Ranking seem similar on league tables but those don’t show the whole picture maybe? Thanks

EPP at Warwick (economics, psychology and philosophy) or philosophy at Southampton

If you want to feel more heart at the campus you should choose warwick. Whereas to southampton the philosophy and most of your lectures will take place in the avenue campus which is a 15-20 minute walk from highfield campus.

Hi @Cabbagedragons, Avenue is about a 10-minute walk from Highfield, and it's next door to Southampton Common. But you'll spend a lot of time at Highfield Campus, which is where Hartley Library is 😁 Some of your modules might be on Highfield too!

@Cabbagedragons have you looked at the career prospects stats? Southampton has a 97% employability rate and has a team who help with careers and CVs: Careers, Employability and Student Enterprise | University of Southampton. They can help you apply for internships and placements. Worth a look?
