It's not rocket science, but it is counter-intuitive to a lot of people.
Having the right inner world is a great foundation for winning the hearts of people you're interested in. The more mental and emotional strength that you have - and therefore display - the better your chance of romantic success. And vice versa with mental or emotional weakness.

Combine allowing her to chase with you, yourself, being a great catch and you have a winning combination.
Check out the youtube channels I mentioned. They give lots of guidance on this.
The key is that when you're with her, you speak and behave in ways that pique her interest and attraction.
And getting her socials isn't the goal. Seeing her again is the goal. With the idea that any level headed woman that spends time with you is likely to like you a lot or fall in love with you.
Get her agreement to meet you again - probably for some low pressure activity, such as a drink and a chat - and then getting her phone number is an automatic step in the process of meeting again.
