Looking for Student Accommodation

Hi! I am going to be joining Central Saint Martins (UAL) this September (2025) for an MA Course. I am looking for budget Student Accommodation options around the uni. I don’t mind traveling for 30-40 mins.
If there are any leads, or anyone from the same uni has any experience with this, I would love to get some help.

UAL has a great selection of student halls. Cordwainers Court and Sketch House are the most popular with postgrad students. But both tend to fill up fast.
It'd be a good start to get in touch with UAL's Accommodation Services to see what options are still available - https://www.arts.ac.uk/study-at-ual/accommodation

Aside from halls, lots of postgrads look for private rentals or shared flats.
I’d recommend searching in neighbourhoods with good tube or bus links to your college (Finsbury Park, Holloway, Angel). And use trusted websites like SpareRoom or the University of London Housing Service (which UAL partners with) for safer options.
Also, don’t hesitate to join UAL-specific housing Facebook groups — they’re super helpful for finding flatmates or sublets.
