How can a home school student get A Level predicted grade and reference letter for UCAS application

I was under the impression it wasn't possible. I was home-schooled for a few secondary years and I'm going back to mainstream in September with college. Partly for this and partly because I wanted structure and to experience something new. I'm sorry I can't help you. I don't know why you're homeschooled, I know a lot of people do it because schools can't meet what you need like disabilities or it's just your personal choice. Although I've found the college I'm going to attend to be very accomadating, relaxed and welcoming. I would think about if it's something you'd like

Phone some Unis and ask them - each may have different procedures / policies
