Access to HE Diploma - Biomedical Science

Hi,

I'm really confused about my credits and requirements, and the tariff system:

This is my offer:

122 UCAS Tariff points from your Access course including 15 Level 3 credits at Distinction, and 15 level 3 credits at Merit split equally between two different Science subjects.

I have currently achieved 18 Distinction Credits and 6 Merit Credits, I've used the UCAS calculator and others, as well as chatgpt and I keep getting different answers

If I get Merit in the rest of the modules to complete so I'll have 18 Distinctions and 27 Merits, is that enough for 122 points? If not, what to I need to get to it?
