Withdrawal due to repeated falsification of attendance*

On 27 March you were issued a warning for falsifying attendance data, as on 24 & 25 March you were not in class for your timetabled modules, but registered your attendance online.

In the warning issued we informed you that falsifying attendance was a disciplinary matter and that any further instances of falsified attendance will result in your immediate withdrawal from the programme and the cancellation of your Student visa. Following an attendance audit conducted on 7 May, it was found that you were again absent from class but had registered your attendance online, thereby misusing the attendance system again.

We are writing to inform you that as a result of repeated falsification of attendance, we are withdrawing you from the programme and will report the withdrawal of your visa sponsorship. Once our report is processed, the Home Office will curtail your visa to within 60 days of the date of our report. We will email you once the report has been submitted.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you have a question?

It sounds like you have been warned of the consequences but didn’t take notice of the warning.

Universities sponsoring your visa are responsible for monitoring your attendance - if you pretend to attend sessions without physically attending then the consequences will be severe.

I need a solution of it.

Leave the UK within the time period specified on the curtailment of your visa.

Given the reason for your withdrawal being based on fraudulent activity I would expect any future visa applications to study in the UK would be declined so you would be best off looking to study in another country.

Unless you have concrete evidence that you have not falsified attendance, (in which case you likely would have brought it up in the first instance), there is no solution. You've breached the terms of your visa and should comply accordingly.
