University of Southampton summer school

I got an email to say I got a place on the summer school (mecheng strand) on Tuesday, but my iCloud’s been playing up recently and I’ve been unsynced for about two weeks. I only just got back in and saw the email today (Saturday) and on the email it said if you do not respond with confirmation they will give the place to someone else. I DIDNT KNOW I HAD A PLACE. HOW EAGER ARE THEY TO GET THE RESPONSES. IM FREAKING OUT. WHY IS THE DEADLINE FOR RESPONSES ONE DAY…?!?! UGH THIS IS MY DREAM UNIVERSITY! Anyway, I just sent them an email apologising for my lateness and explaining my situation, how likely is it that they will let me on the school? I’m so anxious as I’ve been anticipating an email from them for about a month, and now even tho I was offered a place, I might not be able to go because of something that was literally out of my control :frown:

I'm sorry to hear that you weren't able to access the email. If you're worried that they might give the place to someone else, you could always give the university a call on this number +44(0)23 8059 5000 just to confirm that you still have a place and that they have received your email.
