Email supporting an application not arriving
Hi, I've made an application before the student finance deadline but an email to my parents to support the application has not come in and now it is past the deadline. Wondering what I should do? It does not let me progress my application without my parents completing their section.

You can get your parents to download and complete form PFF2 and then upload them to your account:

Hi there,
If you get them to check their junk/spam folder incase it's been sent there. They can still login and click 'support an application' even without the email. Once they provide their details this then takes an estimated 10 working days to process. Thanks, Jason
