Hello! I'm a student at the University of York and I'm looking for someone to take over my Common Studio Room at Foss Studios! I'll be moving out and desperately need someone to take over my tenancy so I won't be paying double rent. Here are some more additional details:

💷 £257/week (negotiable – I’m happy to cover part of the rent for a discounted rate)

Hi! Thanks for reaching out. My accommodation provider handles all tenancy changes and would require the full tenancy payment upfront for any takeover, so unfortunately £500 wouldn’t cover the initial cost. I’d only be able to offer a cashback after the takeover is processed and refunded to me by them.

Hi, do you know if your landlord would accept PROSPECTIVE students? Probably a silly question, but I have firmed York and will be moving up there in September but I absolutely cannot stay at home until then ☠️☠️☠️☠️
