Accommodation takeover in Leeds at the lowest price

Hi, I’m currently doing my master degree in University of Leeds. But I have to go back home during the summer time. I live in oak house which is 15 min away from the city center and 10 min away from university. It was 171 pw but now only 120 pw if someone who is a student in any universities can take over this shared room. If you have any questions plz feel free to ask me!

Hi, sorry but I am interested in Oak house for September but can I ask if there there some problems you are willing to share? And also what are grocery shopping options nearby? And is the in unit washer/dryer actually free? I'd appreciate any info as I don't live in the UK!
