Adult dependent grant

I’ve applied for this and was rejected multiple times. Everytime I uploaded evidence, they would come back with a new reason why it was rejected. The time the reason being “you have not made sufficient payments in the last 12 months to your adult
dependant for them to be classed as financially dependent on you.”
I have sent between 250-300 pounds every month to my mother along with barrels of food. I am a single mother of 3 children.
SFE asssssors are bias and unjust
