How to find an apartment near UCL?

Hii i'm trying to find an apartment for me and two of my friends. I was wondering how do i go about finding a place? Do i need to email or call estate agents or do i just email about specific properties using websites like zoopla?
Was also wondering if anyone has specific recs on companies or estate agents in the area.

Thank you so much!

Hi!

If your going to UCL, i would get an accomodation through the uni and contact them about finding somewhere to stay!

However, if you're looking for any flat you can email and call estate agents if you find any and enquire about the flat. Make sure to ask them about leases, move in dates and booking for possible viewings.

Also when contacting estate agents or companies, make sure you mention who you are, a group of students for example, your ideal move in date and possible budget that you have 🙂

In terms of finding a place, look at estate agents, also try company websites such as zoopla, rightmove or on the market, make sure the places you look at are near the area you want to be in and definitely ask if you can book a viewing before moving in just to double check that you like the space.

Hope this helps lovely and good luck!
