Why did you bring your phone into the exam they tell you maybe 5times not to

The outcome will be different if the phone was in your bag or if it was in your pocket. Malpractice reports take a while before they are reviewed. You might know what action will be taken after the half term break.

You should talk to your schools exams officer, they will be the ones to liaise with the exam board.

You are not allowed to bring phones into the examination at all. This goes against the regulations of the examination, and you can be subject to penalty or disqualification depending on the situation. However, the school should have also informed all of you that you are never allowed to bring any phones or watches or other forms of technology into an exam. At my school, before every single exam, they do the entire "you must now follow the regulations ...." and remind you to always check your pockets. Nevertheless, you should probably contact your school's exam officer to inform them about the situation and give a report of your account.
