Attenborough House is a house converted into student accommodation located in the heart of Beeston. It was converted ready for the 23/24 academic year so is very modern/new, is a 20-25 minute walk from University Park Campus with tram links nearby going into the city centre. It has it's own ensuite, all bills inclusive and you will share a kitcken with 3-4 other housemates, and there would be 9 people in the house overall.
155 pw up until the 3rd of June 2026 so will cost just under £6,800 in total
