Funding for second degree

Hi,
Hoping for some advice on funding for a second degree. SFE have not been super helpful over the phone.

Funding history
BA (Hons) Law. Graduated 2023.
MSc Applied Economics. Did not finish, funding withdrawn 2024.

Reading the Open University website, it seems degree holders could be eligible for further funding in certain STEM subjects. I am considering an MEng integrated masters (listed on the OU eligible course list).
- Would my previous masters funding impact this?
- Would I be eligible for the BEng course at a minimum?
- If I apply for the MEng and am rejected, could I reapply for the BEng in the same academic year?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks,

Thank you. If a student holds a degree (or has previous study) we do have some exception courses that disregard previous study or those that hold a degree.

I have enclosed a link below that confirms the exception courses

https://www.heinfo.slc.co.uk/resources/guidance/courses-management-service-user-guide/eligibility/equivalent-or-lower-qualification-elq-exceptions/english-domiciled-students/

For Part time exception courses it would need to be one of the following

part time honours degree

joint honours degree

integrated masters degree.

And be one of the following subjects:

Medicine and Dentistry (CAH01)

Subjects to Allied Medicine (CAH02)

Biological and Sport Science (CAH03)

Psychology (CAH04)

Veterinary Sciences (CAH05)

Agriculture, Food and Related Sciences (CAH06)

Physical Sciences (CAH07)

Mathematical Sciences (CAH09)

Engineering and Technology (CAH10)

Computing (CAH11)

Geographical, Earth and Environmental Sciences (CAH26).

Thanks, Jason
