student finance deadline

so ive just missed the deadline so i will get the minimum amount of sfe unfortunately is there a way to change it before university starts?

The deadline doesn’t mean you’ll get the minimum.
The deadline is the date to be guaranteed to be paid at the start of your course.
Apply as soon as possible to minimise the chance that you’ll be paid late (and to minimise any delay if you are paid late).
