How does the NHS Scientist Training Program work?
I am doing Healthcare Science at Cardiff met, which is funded by the NHS, and accredited by the IBMS and so on. I am considering going into the NHS after graduating, and I have been looking into the NHS's Scientist Training Program.
Although I don't understand exactly how it works. Surely it would be very competitive, meaning a lot of graduates would be fighting for a space in the program? Would I have to go through this program, or could I go straight into a career as a Biomedical Scientist? Any help would be appreciated
