Ridden my bike in motorway by accident

How on earth do you accidentally ride a push bike on a motorway?! I can understand perhaps taking the wrong exit on a roundabout and finding yourself in a slip road which joins a motorway, but surely you'd notice that the road you're joining has three lanes of fast moving traffic and realise before you actually joined the motorway itself. Or were riding with your eyes closed, or something?

Nah, Google maps has literally taken me on the M25 before - don't ask how because I don't know. Glad we're both still alive 😭. I was honestly mortified when I found it out was illegal to ride on the motorway.

Basically went on my early evening for a sunset bike ride and then the next thing you know made a wrong turn and ended up on the mortaway. I pretty much died but thankfully I am still alive.
But I have learnt my lesson never go on your bike at night or even early evening hours.
