Tenancy Takeover - Studio Flat

Hi, I’m looking for a replacement tenant for a studio flat I have booked. It’s located at 22 Grange Lane, Leicester. It’s for 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2026. The weekly rent is at £181 and the first 8 weeks it’s discounted at 50%. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the DMU Vijay Patel Building and is a spacious room with a view of the campus.
