A level

Im planning on doing a level biology and two other btecs for 6th form but im not sure what to choose regarding the betcs
since i wanna do optometry for uni

What are your options?
Have you checked entry requirements for unis for optometry?
I do biology a level ocr a btw so happy to answer questions on that too 🙂

Professional degrees like Optometry are 4-year 'M' degrees and usually require at least two science A level subjects and may totally exclude BTECs.

Master of Optometry MOptom (Hons) - University of Bradford
AAB, to include two pure Science subjects (Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Maths) required at minimum AA. BTECs are accepted but only in combination with science A levels.

Optometry - MOptom - ARU
AAB at A level with grades AA in 2 sciences from: Maths, Physics, Biology, Chemistry. BTEC qualifications are not accepted for entry to this course.
