I've had a look at your course web page Cyber Security and Digital Forensics - BSc(Hons) - UWE Bristol: Courses and I can see the main software's are 'EnCase' and 'Autopsy' used for this course. These are both industry-recognised software's. I've attached the link so that you can have a look in further detail.
