If they catch you absolutely. I wouldn't recommend as you are supposed to be showing off your own skills, if you lack the ability to adapt then you aren't doing what is asked of you. However, if you're going to anyway just make sure spelling aren't American and that punctuation is still correct.

I must add that is you are caught you can be disqualified from all exams you sit.

I don't personally know anyone who plagiarised an exam but if you go onto the government website student malpractice at university, a level, or GCSE can result is termination from an exam board. In 2023 alone, 4,895 students suffered 'penalties' for being caught. Whilst punishments vary from case, typical consequences include exclusion from an exam board or complete penalisation for an exam year. It isn't worth it.
