Conditional offer

Hi I’m really worried that I haven’t met my condition. I think I got ABB but the 2 subjects that I got a B in I think I just barely got a B and I could be immaculate about This. I’m so worried about not meeting my condition BB for medicine. Does anyone have any advice or has anyone else been through this. Also if you don’t meet the conditions do you still have a chance of getting in
