hey diva, this is what we were told:

C1:
photosystems
limiting factors
energy budgets
gram staining method
carbon cycle
planetary boundaries

C2:
Hardy Weinberg
seed and fruit formation and germination (geberellins)
monohybrid and dihybrid
mutation
genome projects for malaria
GM crops

and sorry, don't have C3!!
stinky exam board; I absolutely loathe it- good luck!!

Yh definitely not the best I've ever done. There was so much component 3 like tissue fluid, saprotrophs and enzymes. I also definitely got tall the maths questions wrong. What did you guys put for how much atp produced by lipid if it produces 4 acteley coat?

Reply 9

I put 8

Reply 10

Yeah that wasn't amazing, a lot of synoptic stuff that last question before the QER was weird

I thought it’s 76 because the theoretical yield of atp per glucose is 38 and glucose produces 2 acetyl coa per cycle

That's what I put but then I thought was it just asking for the amount created in Krebs like from Nad and fad

Wasn’t the question about how much ATP was produced from each lipid molecule? Eitherway what a stupid paper, them Boundaries better be low
