Hi does anyone have an Oxbridge interviewer checklist on how they mark you / what they mark you on, I used to have one before but I lost it.

I recommend that you avoid check lists. The process is not mechanical.

You are not marked according to a checklist.
There may be a set of criteria as to what admitting tutors are looking for but these will vary by subject and they will also be published on the website for the course. And they will be quite open (for example “motivation for the subject”; “analytical skill”

To which may be added that interviews are conducted by dozens of academics across two large universities, dozens of colleges, and dozens of subjects. There is no one size fits all interview.
