If you contact the PGCE admissions team they will be able to give you all the information that you need regarding your PGCE application - their email address is: [email protected]; also, if you click this link: https://www.chester.ac.uk/study/how-to-apply/applying-for-pgce-or-lead-school-partner-routes/ you will find the webpage that tells you all about the PGCE application process.
Chester has a super international students' support team who will also be able to help you - their email address is [email protected].
In terms of monthly expenses in Chester, I would suggest you discuss this with the finance department at Chester - [email protected] and student services [email protected]. I unfortunately don't live in the city - I'm a commuting student, but the support teams I've suggested will, I'm sure be able to help you.
