Is it an interior or exterior door? Is the door solid wood, or hollow? Is it painted, or do you need a natural wood look to the result?
Edit: I've just realised that this post is in Cars and Motoring, in which case ignore all the above. I've no idea how to fix a "big hole" in a car door.
