aqa alevel biology topic 7 help

hi, idk why but no matter how many times i go over it, i can't seem to wrap my head around the inheritance part (with the crosses/ linkage etc..) i have watched videos, attempted past paper questions but i always find it so difficult. any tips are apprecited, thanks!
