Honeslty ChatGPT is better than you might think. also you can just ask for improvements instead of a mark that will help you more. Im sure your teachers will be more than happy to help you. It would go in your favour that they know you are really trying. It is literally their job to do so; just be polite and send them questions at sensible times.

With ChatGPT, be very specific with what you want from it EG tell it the exam board, question, paper and element of the spec (or unit) that ur question is - and remind it of how the grading works (so if i were marking english lit paper two, I'd say the following: 'Hi! Please could you mark an essay for me? It is written for A-level OCR English literature in the UK. The topic of the essay is Comparative and contextual study, women in literature, Jane Eyre and Sense and Sensibility, and the question is "Rationality and reason are the exclusive domains of men; women in literature are ruled by passion or emotion - how far do you agree". Please could you give one positive remark, one remark on what to improve, and a score out of 30 - and place my essay at a level out of 6, where level 6 is 25 out of 30 onwards and level five is 21 to 24. Bear in mind that AO3 - context, is worth 50% of marks, AO1, knowledge is worth 12.5%, AO4, comparisons is worth 25% and AO5 - critical interpretations is worth 12.5% - giving it these iinstructions ensures it won't go off piste with marking, and whilst it isnt 100% accurate i find it quite hekpful
